We're always balancing between our career and family. But sometimes the conflicts can't be avoided. In your opinion, which is more important, career or family? How do you deal with them?

hello! For me like many others both career and family are important. But I give a little weightage to career because if I have a good career the family will live happily. However I can't ignore the family there by.thanx.

It should be balanced or else everythings goes wrong. But for me the important is the family, career is always there if there's an opportunity and it's easy to build it and start new again but when family will get broken that's hard to fix, so i choose family coz i do love my family.
Happy posting and myloting.

You rightly said, that we try to balance between our career and family. And its necessary to balance both family and career. Because if you won't have a job, how will you feed your family. And if you won't have a family then for whom are you earning. You cannot always be happy alone, live alone. If you won't have a family, but a wonderful career then whom will you talk to, and share your happiness and sorrows with, when you come back from work. You cannot talk to walls, you need a person.
So, both career and family are important for me, and imagining a life without both is actually what is not possible!
