what's the best thing ever happened to your life?

The best thing that happened to me was the brilliant results I got in my GCE A-levels in those days. Although I had known beforehand that I would pass, but when I got a distinction in each subject I entered for, I was mad with joy. That was 33 years ago! A more recent happening that made me dance alone in my room without music for over an hour took place about 7 years ago. I had been tired of my paid employment when promotions were not forthcoming as and when due. However, I had to bear it on so as to qualify for a reasonable amount of pension. Then came an incentive package from my employers to retire early and enjoy a good pension and gratuity. It was a dream come true. It was such a happy moment comparable only to the GCE A-Level period cited earlier.
