any idea which debit card is best for international user? with more features and decent usage fees. Epay seems providing more features lately, with its own reloadable vcc+debit card and they seems accept credit card funding method, which is the good news for all credit card user but still the loading fees is still very high. So any idea which card that provide more functions and support international user?
