How was your experience at Indiatimes Shopping online?

I am new to this online shopping and stuff. I had to go for this online shopping on indiatimes, because I had got gift certificates, which I wanted to redeem there. Any experiences of shopping there, guys?? Although after searching for it online, I saw many complaints against this site, but then I thought it belongs to such a reputed group, Times of India. Now, I purchased something from this site yesterday, part payment of which was done through the gift certificates, and part has to be done through cheque. If i send the cheque, then only will they start processing my order! Now I want to know about you people, have any of you shopped there? How was the experience, was the product deivered on time? Any positive or negative comments/suggestions are welcome...
