Grandpah is dying,what's the best words to say he will die?

Just this morning,i have found out that my grandfather can no longer talk and eat.He can hardly drink any liquid.As a granddaughter,i want to say something that he can hardly forget about me.What's the best words to say?or some sort of encouragement?thanks..

I am sorry to hear about your grandpa . Just tell him how much you love him , and he has made a strong impact on your life . Just sit with him , just so he knows you are there and that he is not alone . You and your grandpa will be in all our thoughts and prayers .
