some good books to read?? / myLot

hi everyone i am very fond of reading books but i generally read fiction only i am very keen on reading biographies, management books now. can you please suggest me some good books to read...thanks

Hi there! Reading become one of my passions since two years ago. I suggest you read Stephen Covey's "First Things First", "Principle-centered Leadership", and "7 Habits of Highly Effective People". Covey's books are very helpful in one's personal growth and also in corporate management. There's also a book titled "The One-minute Manager" that got my interest but i haven't read it yet because there are three other books that i am currently reading.
