My dreams have everything to do with how my day went, what I'm worrying about--whether I'm aware of it or not--and what will happen in the future. There are many times that I dream things that actually happen the next day or within a close time frame. This comes in handy if it's something bad. If I dream of wrecking my car, I avoid that location and 80% of the time find out that there was a wreck there at the time I would have been there.
I listen to my dreams very carefully!

There's nearly always something I can do about it, even if it's to plan a way to minimize the damage. Sometimes I don't remember the dream until a few minutes beforehand when I get a sense of deja vu and then I can only brace myself, mentally or physically, and get through it as best I can.

No, it definitely has to do with what is going on in our lives. It is like a filing system. I have heard researchers talk about it on the Discovery Channel I think it was. Very interesting.

I believe that dreams do mean something but what I'm not sure!! I've had several dreams about my old house and where I worked several years ago (they were good times) lately which is strange, the dreams were quite odd but I can still remember them so vividly, it could be to do with the fact that i've recently started to talk online with friends I worked with in that area but I really don't know as I know that I would never live there again!!

I think it is significant because I believe what we dream about is either something that you are actively thinking about or something that you have in your sub conciousness.

I actually dreamt that I had to clean the electric fan in the kitchen then the following day, the electric fan got broken.
One time, I also had a dream that a cat stole the bread on the table. When I woke up, the bread was gone. lols But I don't know if it was really a cat who stole it.
I also had a weird dream one time of a falling branch then when I woke up I had the urge to call up my 2 friends and tell them to take very very good care that day. Later on in the afternoon, they told me that a big branch nearly fell on them while they were walking outside school.
It gets pretty weird sometimes...
They say that dreams have three aspects spiritual, health, and emotional. I believe that they are significant to our lives. Sometimes they are just random.
