It all depends. What stuff? Why did she do it? Sometimes we want the best for our friends, hence, we give them certain advise. But then we don't have the strong will to do the thing we advised! -that doesn't mean we're bad -it means we're weak. But if your friend told you, for example, to avoid someone so she could date him -well, in that case that's not so nice and you should've reconsider if you stay friends with her or not.
