before i joined here my friend oriented me already on what to do and how to do mylot. so it was no longer a struggle for me when i was starting. she indeed wasa big help. i enjoy it while she was explaning it to me and more enjoyed it when finally i was hands on. now that i am more than 1,500 post maybe newbies look at me as a veteran. but would you help them to go around mylot? i do. if i met someone while i am on line i welcome them and give them tips. now it is in their part if they will follow ths tips i am giving or not.... i will surely give them advice and give thema hand. i also add them when they send request

your answer was short but right to the point. but i just like to remeind you tinna that response as short as that is not qualified as an earning. you need to post four or more lines to qualify your post as an earning. that is one tip i can give to you. happy myloting and goodluck

HI se7,
I am very willing also to impart to them what I have learned from other members! I asked a lot when I was new, posted a lot and there were a lot of good friends who never fail me!
Now, whenever I will bump to any inquiries, I always dropped by and give my opinion based on experienced!
It's fun to share what we have learned! Maybe they will also enjoy and hang out here and will never get tired!

Hello se7enth,yes I do help newbies in mylot and infact most of my friends request come from people who have barely made 10 or 15 commnets and I immediately cater to their request to add them as my friend and try to comment to all their discussions as far as possible.I also give them advise and clear their doubts and try to make them at home in mylot.....

Haha, I'm fairly new myself, but I am a veteran on some other forums, and I do like to help newbies out whenever I can. I can always remember when people helped me out the first time I joined forums and discussion boards, so I really want to pass that on to other people as well, and let them feel welcome and perhaps they'll want to stay longer than they originally planned.

Sure, I think it's always good to help out each other, no matter where we are, and what it's about, as long as we are capable to do so. I am very glad to stay with mylot, because I've seen many nice and friendly mylotters here, they are really helpful and also give good advices on whatever topics. Of course, it's good that when a newbie just joined mylot, and he gets help from others, it makes him feel more comfortable staying with the site and not struggling himself alone.

Hello there.
I certainly was a newbie, and nowadays I'm not too different. Yes, I know a lot of things about myLot, since I use it for over two years. But it doesn't make me any better than others. I would not help a newbie, unless they show that they need help. You know, some people are really stupid to the point of arguing with you if you try to help them. They might take it as an offensive action, like if you were calling them dumb.
When I began using myLot, I had nobody to teach me. My referrer went inactive soon, and I learned it all from trying and reading other's discussion. It is not hard to know that you need to post quality stuff, and the other tips.
I don't want to sound rude. If a newbie needs help, I'd more than gladly help them and offer all I could to make them feel comfortable in here. However, we should only help those who want to be helped.
Respectfully,
Munhozmib.

you have a good point. some newbie even you give pointers they will still insist on what they want to do. and soemtimes even you help them after a day or two they will no longer be around. i think that is a good way to help a newbie.... if they ask for help then we should give them a hand. thanks a lot for the response

I too try to help "newbies" whenever I come across them. I don't spend a huge amount of time here, but have been around since November 2007. After more then a year of posting here when I have the time and reaping the benefits of MyLot (both financially and with information) I think I have something to offer others. I also always add anyone who requests to my friend list.

I am encouraged by how many mylotters in this discussion would be willing to help new mylotters...some other discussions have left me with quite a different impression. I have seen a lot of experienced mylotters complaining about the mistakes that newbies make and I often end up thinking,'have you forgotten you were a newbie once'. Fortunately I have experienced only helpfulness from experienced mylotters and for that I am very grateful.

hi ima. welcome to the wonderful world of mylot. there are a lot of kinds of newbie here. i had experience some boastful and arrogant and people who think they know it all already. and i experience some who are willing to learn and digest what the veteran members advices. maybe they are complaining for they might told already that memeber what is the do's and the dont's then they still do the dont's. and sometimes there are also members who joins without reading the guidelines. i think in anything you join the first to do is to read the guidelines so you wont get lost. thanks for seeing you at my discussion and hope to see you more around.

you are on 500+ post and still you dont know how to use the site? just post response, post comment or start a dicsussion. make sure your post if four lines or more. the longer your post are the better. if you can add photos on the discussion you started much better for it adds earnings too. gain more friends and notify them on. the more friends you have the better chances that they can hepl you with your discussion. so thats it. post post post. goodluck my friend hope those tips can help you

hi there neknna. welcome to the wonderful world of mylot. heres a good tip. read this discussion, read all the response of the other members. if you think they are sincere add them up as your friend. then i know they will help you. next when they add you up already on all their notifications so you can get through your email the discussion they started. in that case they will help you once you started your own discussion. next dont post short post. make sure that you post atleast four to five lines. attach photo when you start discussion it would really help boost your earning. i hope i helped you in a way and i hope you follow what i just said. hope to see you more around. happy mylotting and goodluck

I myself is a newbie.. lolzz. And i dont think if here is anyway we can help newbies than responding to there questions which they put here in postings... and its also a fact that lot of people never comes here second time as one find it really complicated at the starting, so i think we should help them by sending message and comments.. one can say welcome comments. Happy myloting

that is true to some. for they are expecting to earn a lot from here without even trying yet. when they spend a week without increasing their arnig they just walk away. some newbie are not sensitive enough to see what is mylot all about so they dont really last that long. and thats one of the reason why we need to guide them. you had your badge already, i mean the star. for that is to prove that you are a real mylot member. hope to see you more around and thanks a lot for the response
