that's sorry to hear that your account has been suspended but i think that the old id cannot be used because they might have noted it in their computer and so you cannot create a new one with the same id. try to use some different id which might help you. also try to use different paypal and also alertpay id, i think if these two are similar for two persons then they suspend the account too. so be careful while creating the second account

I have the same email address on both AP and PP and this has not been a problem. Neobux has paid me several times on both my AP and my PP account.

WHAT!? Thats awful :( I'm sorry man...I don't think they'll let you use your old ID to sign up again but you could just add like a 1 at the end or something and it'll be pretty much the same :)

i have th same problem, my account has been suspended BUT for no reason
i am active, never violated any terms, i totally have no idea and they say that if i corrected what's wrong they may give my account back!! they didn't even e-mail me
i found this out when i signed in
no i need to contact them but i don't know how!!! could you plz tell me how to contact or e-mail them??? thanx

You can sign up right away using different email and different id or username. Neobux is really strict in implementing the TOS. once you violate one of those, they will suspend your account without further explanation. contact the admin via e-mail you use for register .. they will open the suspended account ... or contact them via the support :

About 1 month ago my acount get suspended, and i successfully opened again ... but all stats, refferal will be reset

okay..did u cheat or sumthing? did u signup for two IDs from the same IP using proxy..watever..??
this is the first time im hearing this kind of a case..neobux doesnt do that..deleting accs if they're inactive for sometime :O
this is something that i have never seen happening

first of all mail to neobux admin about your problem if they gave your account back thats better........ if not you have to create new account with different id.

sorry to hear about that. I don't think you can use the same id. Use some name or id.. Also you check your email before you sign up for another account. You might have got the account log in details from them when you open the account...

i ahve never seen an acct suspended on neobux. im not sure if you can use your old id but its wortha shot

There's a policy of the site that whoever is inactive of at least 1 month will be permanently suspended. Just contact the admin or create new account because, surely re activating your old account will have a case to case basis.
