Have you ever been on a blind date? If not, would you ever go on a blind date? If you have been on one, how did it turn out for you? I went on one several years ago, a really good friend set me up with another friend of hers. The guy and I hit it off pretty well. This blind date turned into a 15 month relationship.

No I haven't been on a blind date. I suppose I never had the opportunity to go on a blind date, or anything.

If the opportunity ever comes about, I rcommend taking the chance. It will either work out, or ot won't, but there's no harm in trying.

If I do get the chance, then I will certainly try. As you said, there is no harm in trying. However, I don't know if I may get the chance, since I'm engaged and everything. But you never know. Don't get me wrong I hope that nothing bad happens, but who knows?

Oh Lord, yes I have...one time! I am married now, but if I wasn't there is no way I would ever do that again. LOL! Yikes! It was horrible. I was in High School and a "friend of mine" said that her cousin wanted to go out on a date with me. I had never met him, but when I finally agreed to go to the movies with him and he showed up at my door...I didn't know whether or not to go see a movie or go rope a cow. It was insane. Showed up at my door with wranglers, cowboy boots, and a cowboy hat and didn't look nothing like a cowboy. LOL! It was very akward to say the least. Nothing against cowboys either, but you at least gotta fit the part. God bless

Actually I already had a lot, that was long way before. But I was really unlucky in blind dates or sometimes also called "eyeball". Most of the girls I met were not my type. That's why now, before I met a girl, I always make sure that I already saw her picture before I meet her.

Pictures do not show you the heart and personality of someone else. Just because the package looks nice doesn't meant the inside isn't rotten!

Hi, yes I have been on a blind date. B/f 3 was a blind date.I had been alone for about 2 years.I met him in a chat room and started dating for about 3 months and then it was over. Then 7 months later we decided to try again and that was a mistake and it was over within 7 weeks. I truly believe the age difference was the problem I was 36 and he was 20 then turned 21.I believe he was not ready for much after all he was in college and was studying to be a doctor.I did not require much and maybe he thought I didn't need him which I actually didn't. Again I think he needed to be needed by someone. It did not work out though.

I am sure that there is a reason it didn't work out. I am equally as sure that you're special someone is out there!

Thankfully, I am married and don't have to worry about dating. I do not regret my blind date though, it was a fun experience.

i have never been on a blind date, and form what i hear i don't think that i want to any ways. if I'm going to go on a date with some i have to know them some what. i don't like the thought of meeting some one that i know nothing about, or what he looks likes. my friends have tried to set me up on one before but i told them that i would do it. i told them that i can find my own dates. I've seen some of the dates that they have gotten for their other friends it scares me some times.

I hope you are still friends today. You may not have meant to be lovers, but making a new friend can be just as special if not more so.
