Do you use the mylot codes? They're fun to use and they lent color and excitement to the discussion. I noticed also that I earn more using them and not only that.I can express more what I feel with the smileys. They're very expressive and good not to use.

Hi! Jen!
Yes, I use mylot codes invariably to spice up my discussion and to make myself clearer. Smileys do convey a lot, without we writing some words and it helps in decorating a discussion. We have only words to express our thoughts, emotions, sentiments and feelings and these kind of smileys makes it easier to express our emotions, which only silent words will fail to express.
Good Post!

I always want my statement to be correctly understood, and it should be understood in the manner, as I a talking .....or say conversing with a mylot fellow.

Oh! I think this is not at all a good thing for me. I tried out, and wrongfully used 'Down', 'Down', and 'Down' instead of 'Up!', 'Up!', and 'Up!'. I'll hardly use them anymore but for the HTML formatting tag, I think. It looks so ugly, if implemented wrongfully!

Is that so? Wish - I could just drop that 'Down' code from the list. So confusing! Both stands close to each other, and mean exactly the different.

Hello jenaisle! The first time I found out about this mylot smileys, and this so called mylot codes, I used it everytime I respond to a discussion, but now, I am too lazy using it. I use it occassionally especially if I want to emphasize something.

I use them, I find it makes my discussion/response stand out more. Plus it helps to express what I mean (am I joking, am I serious). I think that mylot might even consider it a plus when you use it (when they calculate your earnings).
Have a nice day

When my number of post was still below 200, I was very much eager to use the smileys on my post.
It took a while though to reach the number, and when I did, guess what? I forgot using those smileys!
I need to be reminded sometime

I was wondering if my earning will increase or decrease if I use mylot codes. I use it once in a while but I was not sure if I was suppose to use it as often as I can to increase my earnings. But if you noticed that you are, then maybe I should give it a try too. I was just thinking that if I use mylot codes, like its a service provided by mylot, then it will be deducted from my earnings, something like that. hehe I don't know for sure, I hope there are other mylotters out there that can confirm exactly what these codes do to our earnings.

Yes, I do use it from time to time. In most post I do, I usually end it up with this one . Sometimes I also use this one . It just depends on what I post about. It does add a feeling to our discussion considering that when we write, it would be hard to show our emotions. By putting the mylot codes, we can add more expressions. Best to you and keep posting.
