Is The Beef You Eat Safe?

Do you know what you are eating? If I told you the steak you just ate is contaminated with garbage, disease, toxins, and that the expensive "aged" beef is a carcass hung and sprayed with bacteria and left to rot (to make the meat soft and tender), then scraped off and cut for your enjoyment, would you still eat this meat? well, I dont get my meat at the grocery store anymore I cant even stand the taste of it since I started working at a meatshop. He grinds all his beef there everything is soo good.

Your lucky, I have been trying to find a local butcher or farm or place to find organic meat and have not good luck yet.

I am lucky, and very spoiled. I had no clue about good meat before I started working there.
