How many days did you wait before your EON card gets activated?

Hi to all EON card users, I've already received my EON card a week ago but it is not yet activated since the teller told me that they will forward an activation letter to Cebu before it will be activated. I've already enroll my card on cyberaccount and last time I check I got an error message that I should enter a valid card number or username. Does it mean that it is not yet activated? How many days did you wait before your EON Card gets activated?
