Best location for Marine Procession in Mandaue

The best places to take photos are either the port where the procession starts, or where it ends. That's where you can take more personal pictures of the many vessels that will participate. You can also take overhead pictures of the procession from the two Mactan-Mandaue bridges, or the park under the second Mactan-Mandaue bridge.
