Dispose the handset.

How do you dispose off your old handset? I ve got quite of them now, from 02 Nokia to a motorola and a Samsung handsets. One of them is in a pretty decent condition but not worth carrying nowadays.. So how does onr get rid of his old cell phone? Is it re-usable or recyclable? Does anyone pay for the old worn out hand sets? your suggestions would be valuable to me..

I'm sorry I cannot be of help here. I do not know if they can be sold. I usually giove my old handsets to someone in need at my church. I hope that others can assist you with this one. Bl;essings

I just chuck it in with all the other rubbish. There was a time last year when China would take all the waste materials you could collect but now they are not buying much at all and it is just going into the land fill.

Aww its a sorry plight then.... it gives me shivers if you try to figure out the no. of cell phone users here in India and then when a time comes they are gonna fill the land...

i love tochange my handsets frequently and generally i resell them because it is of no use carrying with you or keeping them at home without any use...there are some sites also where you can sell them...and ya one thing phones are not recyclable,,,,it is one of the different process and you cant do thta with phones buddy!
