PTC sites, two diffeerent userids from two IP address

Hi All I came to know that all PTC sites allow one user from a single IP address. I have internet connection in my home.For example i am a member of neobux,I am using my lap from my home to click the ads .Hence i can get only 4 cents per day.Likewise i need to wait 50 days to get mimimum payout of $2. So i decide to create one more userid and i am going to click the ads from my office PC which is a different IP.hence in 50 days i can get $4. Is it a good idea? What do you think guys?

Do we need to have two diff paypal accounts for two diff userids?
Though it could be cheating but since its a different IP address I think that would be valid.
