yeah i know about the site and i really like it, i have 13 refferals so far, my question was that it wasnt working and i wasnt sure why.

I think you should rent some referrals with your $2, then you will earn faster.

I have logged in on Neobux and everything went well. If you're having problems logging in try deleting your cookies and histories. It helps sometimes.
About the cashing of your $2, well it's really up to you. If you are satisfied with that earnings or not. If you want to increase it more you can invest it back on renting referrals and aim for a bigger earning.
If you asked me, I cashed out my first $2 from Neobux. I had to see first if they will pay me or not. But there will be no problem if you invest it right away cause the site really pays.
