Yesterday the snow started falling and then just kept coming I think it's the most snow that has fallen in a long time and you know what I just can't feel happy about it in no way shape or form. LOL!! But this morning I wake up and see that the snow is all over the place and I have to shovel yuck! They called for 6-8 but I think we might have gotten a little more and now I have to go out in the cold and take care of it.
So what is the most snow that you have gotten this year and how did you feel about it?

Yes, the snow has been bothering us this year also. Usually we get about 2 to 5 inches each time it snows. It snows at least once a week, sometimes more. On bad days, It will snow all day long and bury us. Yes, the snow has most certainly attacked this year.

they just mentioned on our news yesterday that last year our area (SE Michigan) got 71 inches of snow fall for our season... and this year we have gotten 33 inches so far... so we should expect more to come....oh goodie!!
We have already had a snow day for the kids just before the holidays and the snow started early in november for us.... and it hasnt gone away yet....I am so tired of the snow already, and yet it is still only January!!!! ugh!!!! LOL

HA! A mere piffle! Shall I send you some of mine? Just what I've shoveled off my front walk would bury you up to your roof line! ROFL This has been the worst winter in a long time for snow all over the world from what I understand. But consider yourself lucky you don't live in Canada in the winter if a mere 6-8 inches makes you unhappy. You'd shoot yourself here within a day with what we've got! LOL

We have been pretty lucky so far this winter and we have only had about an inch or so of snow. I do not have to go and shovel it though it just stays put, not enough falls to warrant me going out and shovelling. I guess if we had a lot of it then it would need shovelling but then that is what my hubby is for whats the point of having one of them if I have to shovel things myself lol!!!!!

I like when it is snowing, it's so calm, so quiet, everything is like still. But the only thing I don't like is after snow is like a disater, it gets very slippery sometimes and wet...

Singing Walk'en in a Winter Wonderland - yeah you can have it.
You must be in a Northern state because they're getting pounded with snow. We don't so much but last week a school around here re-called all their busess after school got out. Said they'd only release the kids if the parents came and got them due to zero visibility.
As for the most snow this year? Maybe about 3 inches max. I don't mind the snow, it's the wind that will get ya. It's hilly here and drifts can be dangerous because unless you're paying attention, you can get burried in them.
How do I feel about it? Well, I'd rather have snow than ice. So I guess I'm feeling pretty lucky right now. Last year ice took our power out a lot, so this year I feel pretty fortunate. Still early in the season though, so just have to wait and see.

Wow, you are so lucky I love the snow. I just love watching it fall and accumulate while warm inside my house. Where I live it doesn´t really snow much except if you go to the mountains. I would love if it snowed here during the winter, although if I had to put up with it for 2-3 months it would probably become quite tiresome.
