How many cups of tea do u consume per day ??

I would say I am completely addicted to tea. On an average I take around 4 to 5 cups per day. What about you people ? Thank you for your responses in advance...

LOL seeing this discussion is pretty ironic for me I just poured a glass of tea:) ,I prefer coke or mountain dew or something like that but sometimes I get on a little tea kick and drink 3-4 glasses in a day. But most of the time that's only when tea's the only thing in the fridge to drink besides diet pepsi I can't stand diet drinks

Well tea is good for health, but i can take 2 times a day which is healthy. Wont go for more cups.

hi dear friend, i am not at all a tea lover. i love having coffee and use to drink more tha n six cuos a day when use to work out. but now i dont. now my eating and drinking habbits are changed. during pregnancy i was restricted of all this coffee, chocolate, sweets and all that stuff. till now coffee is not allowed more than a cup. i take tea, only if its too necessary for me otherwise not.

I just drink 2 cup of tea today, i dont usually drink tea for i like coffee but if it is not available then i drink tea instead.

I dont drink tea every day...but if I do, it is one cup....LOL I dont normally drink it, in the summer i will make a big glass of ice tea in the morning and drink that all day....but in the winter, I prefer hot cocoa but when I am running low I will do tea....and only one cup.
