This is a forthcoming technology from Intel in the processor field with a very new sophisticated technology. There will be a 20 % improvement in performance comparing its predecessor(dual core, core 2 duo etc). How much are interested in buying it when it will come in market?

i would probably look this up when it comes up to the market. i might do a bit of researching for benchmarks and opinions of other people. i thing i really look for a processor is the heat it produces, i think my core 2 duo is fast enough already. The higher the speed and computing power of a processor the higher the heat it produces. but Intel is really doing it's part to make it a lot less hot. the higher the heat the bigger the fan. the bigger the fan you use the more electricity. the more electricity the more it is bad for the environment. that's how i see it

i think i should test it . however i would not assemble it immediately, becoz i have just installed quad core in my pc , so i would first review it and then later if found appropriate for my pc , then i would go for it.

Maybe not very soon...in my country the price difference between Core 2 Duo 2.66 and Quad Core with that speed range has a price difference of nearly 10,000. Then imagine what will be the rate of Core I7.
