do you still take the time to answer

nope. not really. i just answer what's comes to my mind and was i thinking about the subject actually.

i still like to respond to the discussion even if the best response was awarded to someone. i'm not really in it to get the best response all the time in every discussion, but mostly to particpate with other members and give my two cents on whatever the discussion may be about

I will still answer a discussion even if it has been marked best discussion already. I answer discussions If I feel I have an answer or at least something to say to the discussion.

Hi Cher, Yes I still answer discussions that have already given a best response. I have answered a couple that were over a year old as they really interested me and I am now good friends with the poster of one and she has even been down to stay at my home, lovel lady so to me it is very worthwile. Hi cher. Yes I do but depending the topic also. Some discussions have interesting topics and I don't care about the best response. The problem is that some people never wait a little to give the best response so if you don't reply these discussions you will have less responses and you will earn less. Cheers.

If I find the discussion interesting enough I will answer to it. It does not make a difference to me whether a best response has been givin or not. There are some I will give a best response to just to clear it out of my unresolved discussions. I don't mean for the discussion to be over because I always welcome everyones replies. So I feel the same way when I am responding to someone elses discussions.

do you expect people to answer your discussions even after best response is given? don't you think it is fair if they answer yours you should answer theirs? best response does not give you the money you earn on mylot, answer discussions and posting discussions does.

Anytime I find a thread that is interesting to me and on a subject I have an opinion on, I'll post an answer. It doesn't matter if a best response has been awarded or not. The only thing that sometimes bothers me is when I see it is a much responded to, recently bumped up discussion that one of my friend's started 3 months ago. I still post but I don't usually check through the responses to see if I already posted. I'm fairly certain I've entered a number of discussions more than once. lol

Since rewarding the best response doesn't even get us any money, I don't think it is much of a deterrment. It always makes me wonder why people give the best response in a day or less, but nonetheless, I'll answer it even if the best response has been given. Because even after I give the best response, I still read any subsequent responses.

Since most of the discussions I answer are from my e-mail, I don't know usually if the BR has been awarded until after I respond. Even if I did know, I would still respond to a discussion. The only reason I respond to any discussion here is this: the discussion interests me, and I have an opinion I want to express. This has nothing to do with what other people have said, and how it impressed the author of the discussion. I add my two cents for the simple fact I want to, and I'm not always shooting for the best response. Besides, some people award their best response to the first person to respond to their discussion. Others award it to their friends. Still others award the best response just way too early for my taste. So I don't worry about the BR at all. I respond because I want to, and if I get the best response, bonus!

Hi cher! I don't care if the author has awarded a best response or not! If I am interested in responding to a discussion it is because I was already interested in the topic to begin with! It isn't about anything in particular to be except the subject matter mostly. If I like the topic and have something to add I still do.

If it is a topic I am interested in and/or my friend has not gotten more than four replies I will respond. To me it does not matter who got best response, but more of the enjoyment of a great discussion cher913.

I will still respond but it does bug me a little when a best response is given just hours after the discussion is started. I just think it's nice to give more responses a chance.

Yes, I will still respond. If something really interests me, then I'll join in on the discussion as well. Though it's nice to get one, I don't set out each day to get the best response for each discussion I respond to, so it really doesn't bother me. I have noticed some people will give them out right away, like minutes after they post and there are only one or two responses. I think that's a little too early. At least give people more time to see it and respond before making that decision.

Well... it depends on how interesting the topic was. I mean, I usually seek discussions from no-response discussion and getback to the responded discussion I have made in this place but then I know that there are some discussions my friends made and it was really interesting. So I would go there, and if the discussions is really unique, I would keep posting in there anyway.

I was still reply. Mainly because i myself sometimes give a best response before getting more responses. Some times mylotters do that too early. I do it early though so i dont forget.
