Hey mylotters! I was reading this article at yahoo.com wich talks about a study done by a university in Finland that shows that middle-age people that drink a moderate amount of coffee significantly reduces their risk of developing Alzheimer's disease. Good new for Starbucks, huh!?!? According to this article, a moderate amount of coffee is between 3 to 5 cups a day. If you do this, your changes of developing Alzheimer's disease will be reduced by 60 to 65 percent later on in your life. So, I ask you, how many cups of coffee do you drink each day??
