What is the most amount of weight you've ever lost in the quickest time?
I don't need to lose much weight, only the odd pound here and there, and I can lose 3lbs in a week if I eat healthily and go for the odd jog or two.
How do you lose weight?
Do you see good results?
How fast?

I dont' loose weight fast because then it comes right back on. I lost 22 pounds about 3 yrs ago. The last 10 of it comes back and then I get it off and then back again. I just have to get it in my mind that I am going to do this and do it. I use weight watchers and count points when I am loosing.

Hey gemma! I'm not really good at dieting! I go up and down alot
with my weight! If I am really trying to lose weight it does
take me some time and I really have to watch what I eat! I have
to mostly stop eating the cakes, cookies and chips which is
what I live on! I can lose if I really try, but I most of the
time just don't want to unless I have gone way up in weight. I
try to keep my weight down so that I don't have to diet too much.

I lost 20 pounds once on weight watchers. It put me down to 130. I looked great. The day I had my son I lost 50 pounds, putting me at 150. I haven't had much luck loosing weight since my son was born, I guess my metabolism is messed up. I've tried various whole foods diets along with atkins and weight watchers. Even when I drop a few pounds my skin still sags from the gigantic baby. Its very sad.

I lost 40 over a period of 4 months. It was tough and I was starving, but it was well worth the results. Sadly I've gained back 7 over the holidays with too much eating and partying, but I've gotten back into a routine and hope to lose them within the next month or so.
