is your boss two faced?
My boss at work noticed i was getting stressed out at work and suggested i bring something to work that helped be relax.
I only got to take one swing of my number two iron and now he has hit me for a $3,000 bill for the 15 x 15 ft plate glass window.
Do you have a two faced or unfair boss?

Oh yes..I do have a few of those. Where I work there is to many chiefs and not enough indians. My boss is your friend but when it comes to the company..that's what it is..company. I do understand they have a job to do but I also think there are tactful ways to handle things. Being in management I would have probably suggested a vacation day or two versus relaxing at work..lol..I would have also probably bit the bullet if I had suggested it and that happened...dang xboy..are you trying to get me fired..LOL

Was that a golf ball that went threw the window, or the number two iron itself? Was your boss on the other side of that window? Then he might be scar faced and two faced.

Company boss are sometimes moody. There are times that our boss is so friendly with us. She mingle with us in joke time hours and sometimes treat us a meal. But there are times that we cannot talk to her because she is in the bad mood. Specially if she has problem at home. Like the times that she and her husband got seperated.

My boss is very nice and is understanding. She will be on our side to help us in any way she can I couldn't ask for a better boss than her.
She will laugh and jopke with us work with us and tallk with us if need be.
That is too bad that you got charged with a big smacker of a bill like you did.
I know at my old job I blew my fuse quite a few times and iot was pretty. One was when my old boss was being unfair
was in my face and I hauled off and punched the light metal swinging doors almost hitting her in the face. I left that job and the job
I'm at now is so much better. I'm more relaxed and like what I do it's not easy when you have to work in a place that literally drives you to
insanity like it seems to have you now. I do wish you the best of luck and hope things get better for you.

did you break the window? i would understand why he would be charging you if you did :x. anyways, my boss has her good days and bad days. she's very generous and outgoing when she's in a good mood, but if she's in a bad mood she gets really cranky and its very hard to talk to her or to go to her when you have a question. i guess that falls into the unfair category. she shouldn't bring her personal frustrations into the office and take it upon her employees. it just creates a bad atmosphere =\
