Why people cheat at work?

Low self esteem and dissatisfaction with their jobs are among the reasons. Here are the other reasons

2. Feeling frustrated
3. The other side
4. Preventive measure
Maybe all of you have a good reasons and opinion about this. This also will help the employer to overcome the problem.

I think people cheat at their work because they have no pride in their work, no identification with their company or there are strong outside influances pressuring them to cheat.
