are you happy in your on skin,with your job your life,relationship,your mate?

I think man is never happy with the present circumstances.What he has is always insufficient for him and he always longs for more.His thirst for more and more always excite him to struggle more to achieve his desired dreams and wishes.I think it is a vicious circle and keeps on going till eternity.

life does give my share of problems but on the whole ,i am happy with life.i would never want to be in others shoes.life seems beautiful,when we have a positive thinking.

I am very content and happy with my life, job, and liveing family-friends situation. I have made a promise to myself that this year 2009 was going to be set right and go well for me where the last couple of years havn't gone well for me and I knew it was time for a change. In my new thinking this year we make life and everything that goes with it the way we want to either good or bad. I have chosen to make mine good and think positive on all aspects of things. So far it has done alot of good for me and I hope it continues to stay that way.

I think everything about my life is okay. My job, my marriage, my family, my friends, my neighborhood are all just fine. I don't think I still have to ask for changes in my life. God has been so good to me and I have nothing but praises to Him. If there is anything else I need to change is perhaps to serve Him even better as I seem to be lacking as I look at all the blesings He has been showering me.

Hey anjilena! There are always room for improvements in one's self and always room for changes in one's life! I have learned to always keep an open mind and be ready to accept whatever the world has to offer at all times! You never know when an opportunity will come up in some way or another. You may not even know that it is an opportunity at the time so you need to always be open to new things and to take chances! I know that I try to do this and sometimes they turn out to be blessings in disguise!

wow, tough questions...LOL!! happy in my skin, I need to work out more before I get that way.. I want to firm up and tighten up a bit since I had a baby last year.... my job is a full time mom and this year I am trying to make extra money online with places like here... and I love my hubby no doubts there but he at the moment is going through a job change so things have been a little stressful on that point....LOL other then that, everything is great!! LOL

Hi annjilena, I think is very common in human nature not to be satisfied completely with whatever it is that you have, because, not meaning that one should be greedy, but we always want or would like something better every time. Of course there's a point where being reasonable comes up, and then we'll think about the grace of just being in this world at this very moment and we appreciate whatever it is that we have, in all senses. Even if someone says they're happy with what they have, it should be true, but we always wonder

Hi There! Generally, yes, I am happy because of my good relationship with my family, friends and with my boyfriend. However, I am not fully satisfied or happy with my life right now since I am still working in achieving my goal to have a better job this year. I have a job right now, it is new actually but I find it boring... seriously, I am not learning and growing but generally, I am very thankful and happy with my life right now. I just have to work hard in getting what I want for a job. Change? Yep, I am studying right now while working... then would apply in a company that i desire... I am happy I am now a somewhat well adjusted person mentally. LOL I survived my emotional 20's and am now in full swing with my 30's of actually thinking like an adult. I am comfortable in my skin and I am not 100% happy with my life and there is always room for improvement. All things take time to develop. There are days when I am very happy with myself and other days I am upset with myself, but this is human and emotional things we all face. But there is always a tomorrow and that is what makes me happiest. A new day to start over.

Absolutely not. I am living in so much stress that I am getting fat. I don´t like my job. It´s not bad but I simply wasn´t born to be a secretary. Wish I could make more real friends, it´s so difficult nowadays. People are getting so selfish. And I would also love to dress up like the gothic girl I am during the day and not only in the parties.

hi annji as time passes, n getting older i guess i am getting wiser as well ..i used to hate mylife which in return showed that i actually hated myself .. now i have learned to push all the bad thoughts ... i am taking a step at time, certain time of my life has been shut off myy mind ... i treasure even the small thing that gives me fun ... my job is a head n heart ache, but on the other side, i am comfortsble ... my weight ... oops, i have shined away last time.. now i have learned to lead healthy life, n my weight shows some changes well anji ... my skin looks better than most people now p/s : thank you very much for the post as it makes me appreciate my life .. thanks again

The only way to have lasting fulfillment in life is to earn it. The whole idea is that you are going to create your own meaning of happiness, our own fulfillment, but you have to be willing to do the work that is required to be happier. Most often, when we try to get a sensation of happiness, we do it thought some kind of external stimulus-a job a relationship, or things you mentioned above. Unfortunately, all these things give us a sense of temporary satisfaction. According to professionals of this field, you're never going to experience meaning and purpose over time if you keep trying to add up smaller and smaller amounts of happiness and fulfillment. You have to have one lasting flow of fulfillment that comes from the effort to expand who you are and recognize the things you need to change. For me things that I have now brings meaning in my life already. There's nothing to change except that in God's will He will give me a mate/partner that truly makes me happy.

Everyone has their own outlook on things. I am personally happy with my life and what is coming of it, what I am doing and what I have done, all of it has been my decision and no one else's, and at that point of time I thought it was the proper thing to do.

Only thing needs changing here is for every one to go to work so we can keep the bills paid!. except me as I am retired and I watch the grand daughter for mommy while she works when she can!

There are certain things that can make me happy but there are also few things that can make me sad.. I must admit that I'm not 100% happy.. My life's been a rollercoaster ride.. ARGH!

I am happy in my skin even though I need to lose some pounds. At the moment I am not happy with my job because I am unemployed and need a job. I am happy with my relationship, things are getting better. My mate is wonderful and I can say that I love him so very much.

i m really happy with my mate she is very puntual for time ,and she mde me relax by joining at our home ,otherwise i used to do a lot of work which took me for long time,ofcorse i m also happy with my family espacilly with my mother ,she loves me a lot,and i m not working anywhere,just some time work on net with mylot

Everything has gone topsy-turvy in my life. I lost my career better I can say I am not able to start my career itself, lost my job, my love also broke off, so lost my love too, lost peace in life, lost my value & dignity among my parents, on the whole I can say I have lost everything, from life to career to love, dunno why everything keeps happening to me alone, my life has become terrible, dunno wat more I am gonna lose I can even say there is nothing to lose for me coz I have already lost everything, I am just pushing off my days fighting through all these obstacles & trying to keep myself up everyday & waiting for a relief atleast I just wish to lead a normal life which is not happening. I'm hoping that everything becomes normal soon.
