u bet,he s gonna loose it...he has lost the 'battle' aswell as the 'war'...he simply overrated himself....dug his own grave i guess...

I hope not. Iraq it´s the biggest mistake since Vietnam. So thinking in all human kind hope that he retires from scene.

Bush can't run for President again. Us Constitution limits Presidents to being elected to two terms, and this is his second term. The biggest way he could lose is like in the recent elections -- by having people he recommended and supported loose in their elections. He admitted he took "quite a thumping overall" on election day. Now his party is not in majority in either house of Congress, so that will make it much harder for him to get his way when they won't back him. He's already accepted the resignation of one of his "top dogs" in Cabinet.

What they were saying in todays paper with the whole congress thing is the fact that it was not really the iraq war that lost them the majority in congress but the fact that the people were doubting how ethical republicans really are. In reference to some scandals that have happened with republican representatives people are feeling that they are corrupt.
