Fraud at ciao.com!

I know people of similar state. Most of them where found not following ciao review guidelines. The first thing to do before joining a site like ciao or any other earning site is to read its terms, guidelines and FAQs so you will know what are the do's and don'ts. Can you still find your reviews at ciao? If your reviews are still there, then something's wrong with account. You should contact ciao admin regarding you problem. Ask them why you can't login. But if your reviews are not there anymore, probably, you did something wrong. You can still ask ciao admin to clarify things about that matter. I know you can make a clarification email because a friend of mine did it once and she got her account back and running!

i'm always been active at ciao since October and haven't encountered any problem yet. Ciao pays on time and its a good place to express your opinion...but sad to say that a lot of people at ciao especially those newer members are messing out the site by posting copied reviews. It's very annoying and most of the time i get fooled rating them. But in your case, since you said you have been honestly sharing your own work at ciao, i think best thing to do is to report it to ciao and state your side..good luck

i just received payment from them. i also received many pm from friends there who also received payment this month. You may have done something wrong. Did you send a lot of PM to your friends and asking them to rate your review? It is the newest issue there that many members are sending spam by sending so many emails (more then once a day) asking other people to rate their review. Someone may report you to admin and admin respond it by deleting your account. I received a lot of pm too. Sometime pm is useful so i know if my friends have a new review. so i don't need to check them one by one. on the other hand, it is quite annoying that one person send so many pm in a day. the topic is the same, asking for rating their reviews. Some members may not realize, when they send the pm to all friends, it's including their COT. but they send the same pm to friends and COT so the friends listed on COT will receive the pm twice. the annoying part is, ciao is not providing a button to clear all messages. so we need to delete it one by one. try to remember whether you have sent too many pm lately. it may be the cause of it.

Hey, Oh man, I was about to sign up at this site but now after this, I don't actually think I will be unfortunately. Try and contact the admin and asking him why he/she deleted your account, it might have been an error. Hope this helps, happy Lotting!

I have been on Ciao since September and have had no problem at all. I knew a few people that got their accounts blocked for other reasons than copying. They sent an email to ciao and after about a month they were allowed back on the site and were able to write reviews again. There has to be a reason that they blocked you so you will just have to get in touch with them and they will be able to tell you what you did and if you will be allowed back onto the site in the future.

I have the same experience with, I was so excited and been addict to it, after earning 11300 community points, i was blocked. My earning is about $30 and I invested a lot of time and effort in writing my own reviews. I even tell most of my students to registered and they did. And they become very active too in sharing their original reviews, since I advised them to be honest and read the rules first. I think I gave them a false hope of having an income here. I already sent CIAO admin an email regarding this incident and up to now I don't have reply.

There are always two sides to every story. Ciao is an honest and reputable website. I am quite sure that your account has been closed because you violated the Terms and Conditions in some way. Rather than sounding off here, why don't you politely ask for an explanation from Ciao? I say 'politely' because your attitude in this post does you no credit.

I think they are under maintenance today. And maybe later you can log in. Just wait for tomorrow, then try using your account again. If it will not work well I think it is time for you to email them.

Hi, did you write CIAO why they deactivated your account so that you will know the reason why? The main probable cause that accounts have been deleted its because of violation to their Rules and Policies. Sorry to hear that. Thanks for sharing

That is very sad. I was thinking of joining this website. Well, you can try contacting the admin persons there. They might help you or is there any forum where you can put your query? That would be a good help for you.

Hello pujagupta! I am sorry to hear that. In my opinion there are two reasons why this situation might have occurred. Here they are: #1 like many other members said it's because you violated the TERMS and CONDITIONS. #2 maybe somebody did have access to your account and did change your password. Maybe you had some keylogger on your PC that you were unaware of. As the majority here said already, you should talk to them and if you did not copycat the articles you were writing they will surely solve the problem. Best regards, Octavian

Just Wait for tomorrow, maybe they doing maintenance today for server. Try using your account, and if you cannot login in your own account then you must contact their admin. I hope your login is not delete by CIAO.

Contact them. Through phone or email. Ask them first dude before you judge them of fraud. Ciao had lots of positive feedbacks here from it's members and cases like you are very rare. Try to reach them as soon as possible and relay them your problems. I'm quite sure they gonna help you to restore your lost work..

I think that the only thing you can really do is mail the site and find out why you were banned. It sounds like there might be a communication issue happing here. I hope that everything gets resolved though, it's not fair that you did all that work only to not get paid for it. Good luck.
