Lol My perfect spouse would never buy me perfume at all. He knows I am to sensitive to scents and that I have to be part of the buying process. He does know the few that work for me, but I use them so rarely that he doesn't have many opportunities to buy them for me. I once had a high school boyfriend who bought me perfume and my dad teased me relentlessly saying he was telling me that I smell bad.

Haha.. this is funny. I mean, the girl can judge whether his boy is suitable for her by asking him to present her a perfume. If she like the smell, she should dump the boy. OMG. Pity the boy who really care for the girl and present her with something she like and get dumped. I think we should not trust this kind of news. Girl should judge her boy by analzing him. Focus on his love, care, behavior and attitude toward her. If she finds everything is ok and acceptable, then he is your white horse prince. This apply to boys too. Happy Mylotting!!!

Well, I do not really understand this. Why would he be the perfect spouse if he gets me the perfume that I hate the smell that much? That means he does not understand me at all, isn't it? Why would he still be the perfect one? It's because he dares to give me something that I do not like?

as the saying goes NOBODY IS PERFECT. having a partner you should be emotionally ready to accept his/her short comings and appreciate what he/she can do. we have to also support them on what they do and tell them what is wrong or what you dont like in a nice way. critisize them in a nice way. there are no perfect spouse but if you work together it will be a perfect relationship

I do not understand this at all. How does hating the smell of the perfume he/she gives make the two of you compatible? Can you explain a little more of what you mean? And what has the smell of perfume got to do with genes?

Well I find this to be interesting. My hubby did present me with a couple of colognes over the years I did not really like. That must be part of reason we fell in love...heh? So how did you know your hubby would be perfect for you if you don't wear perfume?...Mamablaze!!

Really youless, the news sharing here is quite interesting, for the result given here is out of my expectation. By right, we will be happy only to receive perfume with the fragrance we love as gift from our boy friend, right? And normally we will feel unhappy and even irritating to find that the perfume with smell which we hate the most. No such thing. That would mean you yourself would have to be perfect too. And if you are both perfect, kinda boring. Sometimes it is the differences that make things worth it. Truest test of love is accepting each other even with the imperfections.
