What do you do when u can't sleep??

This week for me was horrible i couldn't sleep well firts the neightboors they were having a party and the damn music was so loud then outside the alarm of the car was so annoying i wanted to throw a big rock but i couldn't lol.
. Have you ever have this type of problem ?
