take your vitamins

Take your vitamins your mom would say! Do you listen to mom anymore? I just threw that in for some mom recognition. In my opinion the B vitamins are the most important.B1 is a very important vitamin because it affects your energy level.
Vitamin B-1 is also known as Thiamine.It also affects growth disorders,and learning capacity and is needed for muscle tone of the intestines,stomach,and heart.It assist in the formation of hydrachloric acid,BLOOD formation and carbohydrates metabolism.And that is only one of the B vitamins so ,can imagine how important
this B vitamin can be.
Now,this is the warnings.Antiobiotics,sulfa drugs, and oral contraceptives, may decrease the levels in the body.A high carbohydrate diet increases the need for thiamine.A thiamine defiency can cause a nervous system disease called Beriberi.

Mom is no longer with us. But I do have a lovely collection of vitamins and supplements that I take every morning!

I am so sorry about your mother but living or not we can remember our loving mother's advice and, thats good that you take vitamins,but the best way to get them is through a food source,and if you are deficient in a B vitamin it is said that you should take a B-complex plus the one you are deficient in. thanks for the feedback.
