Why are people for irresponsible???

Has technology made us so naive that we are willing to put people lives in danger by texting, dialing and listening to music on our cell phones while driving. Why?? Today I saw approx. 15 drivers on their cell and 3 texting, what has this world come to?? What is so important that you have to endanger lives?? I just do get people. I feel if one is caught texting, while driving a stiff fine should given each time. If one causes an accident while texting their licence should be revoked and insurance rates raised drastically for each incident.

You know I agree with you, people itself can be a cause of endangering their lives. Why do they just keep safe their cellphones to avoid this, and to avoid regret also. Me, when I am in a public vehicle I keep my cellphone on my bag and I never do texting we will never know if a bad people are around us.

I have seen people doing this in our country also. But the laws the government have made were implemented too and that have made the drivers stop their vehicle in one end of the road to answer their calls. But what can we do those people who talk while they walk. They talk talk and talk while they cross the road, while crossing the railway track and it is every where and people dont understand that they are in grave danger. Whenever I see someone doing this, I make sure I stop them talking before crossing. I dont mind what they think of me or talk of me.

Is it ture that in your country there are cell phone driving laws? I want to know something about it ,but unfortunately i was not able to open the address that you gave.
