How many meals do you eat a day?

Well, for me, it's about 2 meals a day. Once for Brunch (breakfast + lunch) and the other is dinner. I understand that having 6 -8 small meals a day helps in losing weight, but i just can't seem to condition myself for that. I wake up late and so that leaves me lesser hours (in a way). At night, i don't really have the inclination to eat. What about you?

Most days I only eat one actual meal. The rest of the day I just snack when I'm hungry.

I think it's generally 2 meals, lunch and dinner on weekdays. I usually don't take breakfast, except for a cup of coffee. On weekends, if I wake up early enough, then I would take breakfast. But then, I often snack after dinner on weekdays, and the whole day through on weekends!

I don't know that I actually have a meal during the day. I think I just nibble when I'm hungry. I know that can be a bad thing, but that's just the way I do it.

Well,normally I have three meals per day,breakfast+lunch+dinner!As far as I know,it's better for us human being to have more meals during a day,coz we could have the food absorbed as much as possible by eat several times during a day`However,I can not do this coz I don't have that kinda condition~lol` At night--after 10pm,I just drink water but nothing more.Except I'm very very hungry

I eat 3 meals a day on the average..I eat breakfast around 10 am, then eat again by 3 pm. then dinner time at 7 or 8..If i am working late at night i take my midnight meal., i usually stay awake until 3am..sounds unusual?hehehe

I will have 3 meals a day for working days. I need more engry to finish my job. For the holidays, it quite depends on when I wake up. If it is too late, then I may just have 2 meals which same as you. Sometime, I will have sweetmeats about 21:00 - 22:00. HaPpY MyLoTtInG!

I usually have 3 small meals plus one or two snacks. It is better not only for losing weight, but for overall health. It keeps your blood sugar more constant and your energy level more constant. I also don't eat when I first wake up. I wait at least an hour, then I space my meals and snacks about 3 hours apart, and don't eat within the couple of hours before I go to bed.

I eat three meals per day.Its breakfast in the morning.Lunch in the afternoon.I have a glass of milk in the evening.and dinner at night.My lunch and dinner mostly consist of rice with a gravy.

During the week it is 3 meals a day. Breakfast about 7.30, lunch between 12.00 and 1.00, dinner is anywhere from 6.30 - 8.00. I usually take snacks to work of fruit etc just so I can graze on good things between meals. At the weekend then the routine goes out of the window. It really depends on what my day is like, and the food just fits in whenever. I always have dinner in the evenings though. :)

usually, i eat 3 times a day. i have to eat breakfast since i start the day early for work, then lunch and dinner. but sometimes i just grab a glass of milk and cookies for breakfast ans usually my dinner is light. i am really watching for my weight. hehehhehehe.

I eat twice a day. One at 10am and I don't know what you will call it but I think it is more of a breakfast than an early lunch. The other one is at 7pm and that is dinner. I eat rice on both meals and I don't think of going into diet because for me eating twice a day is fair enough and just fine. I want to lose fat at my belly.
