Do you have a problem going back to sleep, so what do you do?

Sometimes I do waking up in the middle of the night, and can't go back to sleep anymore, so what I do, I get something to read, and I just go down stairs and prepare a juice and a sandwich, while reading a book or a magazine. How about you guys what do you do? Have a nice day to all of you!

I do go down the stairs as well... pick up my reviewer and make a glass of MILO then study for my upcoming BOARD EXAM for TEACHERS! There you go... I am using that OPPORTUNITY to be of a WORTH by means of reviewing for my upcoming EXAM! Nice topic... AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN! Hi ds6413 even I want to turn on the television I can't cause it's inside my room, and I don't like my fiancee to wake up too. I just want to see her sleep, so what I do I really go down stairs and read a book or a magazine, and have a glass of hot milk. Have a nice day to you! Keep on smiling!

Dear friend,
I do have experienced many situations like not getting sleep in mid night or after that I just start browsing internet. More over when I get sleepy it would be too early in morning and the rest of balance sleep will at office struggling to keep awake or at home have a nice sleep if it leave from office.

I usually just log on and check things out online or watch a lil tv. I may try to crochet but I find I make more mistakes when I'm tired or not fully awake *LOL* And I try not to have a snack, but to wait til later when everyone else is up. Sometimes I do toss in a load of laundry & hope the well pump doesn't wake anyone up.

HI! I always have a sleep disorder,I just don't know exactly was causes it.Some would tell me probably because of stress,overwork that my adrenalin are still active.So whenever it's happening I just turn on the television and watch dvd movies until I feel so drowsy and sedated again.I just wish this sleep disorder will come to an end.

Hi teshavill sorry for the late reply! I know I have so much back log to answer all the responses. Thanks for waiting. Anyway don't eat to much when it's supper or dinner time. Eat light, and when your very tired relax first. What I usually do when I wake up in the middle of the night, I read a book downstairs, and drink a hot glass of milk to make me sleep if I don't well for sure it's gonna give me a head ache when I am at work. I never have an idea that reading a book can leads you back to sleep, though I love to read a lot. That is really my big problem when I get awakes in the middle of the night. My sleep will be at 4AM again.:( Anyway, what I did is turn the computer on and finds interesting discussion here in mylot. :(

Reading a book was the most usual prerogative I have when I wake up in the middle of the night. Or sometimes, I write some reviews or do some task which I need to finish say a report, I have lot of workloads. Milk do work for me and if I can't still sleep I would prepare some breakfast if it is near morning.
