Hi Mylotters,
Last night I came across a discussion and although I replied to the discussion a couple of time I felt it wasn't enough, so will do my apology here

If you have clicked the above link and read the discussion, then you will see that Scorpio's Social Space is accused of sending out to many email notifications.
Well Scorpio's Social Space is my site, I'm the founder member, we are a very friendly network and this discussion has not just upset myself but also some of my members.
I've looked into the settings of my site and yes it is sending out to many notifications which I was unaware of but I have sorted the problem and if my sites notification have bothered anyone then I will sincerely apologise and promise the problem has been dealt with and excessive emailing will not happen again.

Hi Scorpio, I was just about to respond to this discussion saying that I was a memeber etc when notification of this one came through. I will go into it and comment but I for one haven't received what I class as excessive emails from you at all and the only way to join is by personal invitation so cannot understand why Pye was being so bothered by it. Souunds like you have found a blip though and hopefully this and responses on the other discussion should leave everyone feeling postive again re your site. I always have been and although don't spend too much time there have fun when I do. I think it is great that it has grown the way it has also in such a short space of time. Keep up the good work! Hi Ellie,
Bless you for your positivty about our network, I've worked hard to build Scorpio's up, since I created it a couple of months and felt really upset that my email notifications were bothering some, obviously I only have pye's discussion as any feedback so feel really reasured by your response, that you has one of my valued members and friend do not feel my emails are excessive. I accept people are busy like I am myself and always say to folk my site is for all of us and anyone is welcome to use it as much or as less as they like without me taking any offence,...big hugs xxx

Like Ellie, I'm really impressed by how the site has grown and at the great range of topics and discussions to join in. I've had some great laughs there, even though I don't have a lot of time free to spend there at the moment. You've put in a lot of hard work, Scorpio, and it's a shame you had a glitch - but these things happen with computer-generated stuff, and hopefully it's all sorted now!

This is true hiccups happen especially with these pc's but the problems been sorted now so hopefully everyones happy and really nice to know you enjoy scorp's, you make it funny though, your a right laugh.

Hi Scorpio I haven't seen that link so will read it after responding to you...I am happy at Scorpio's Space and see no reason for any moaning about it as it is a lovely site and so friendly, it is disturbing to know that you have had these problems...hugs littleowl xx

Part of running a social network is dealing with complaints I was prepared for this before starting my own network, so it's ok really, it's just the way in which the problem has been presented to me that I find tactless and thoughtless.

Hi scorpio,
Yes I have read your nortifications and it did upset some people and I have other sites asking me to join them be I just ignore them, thank you for putting this discussion and hope it would clarify it. Love and hugs.

it's a shame people just didn't tell me about this, I can only address a problem if I know aboutthe problem in the first place but yes this will clarify alot for others.
