First love never dies - Do you believe on that?

first love is not everything,you don't need to get deeply into it.the one you loved now is the one you should really concern.first love will just be a experience in your love life.I'd rather let it go and treasure the one I am in love with now.

In my experience first love can most certainly die but never be forgotten.

Sorry but I don't think I am a good judge. I met my wife when we were both 19 on holiday in Blackpool. They do say holiday romances never last and that may be but we just had our 52nd wedding anniversary last month.

i don't think u ever forget your first love. i sure don't sit around & think about him or grieve for him. in fact i'm glad i didn't get him he hasn't turned out to be a very nice person so thatmakes me thankful we went our merry ways. lol

I thought I'll never gonna live without my first love.But things don't get good with us. fate coveted our puppylove.I do everything to prove to him that I'm worthy of the love against all odds. And then I realized that we can live out of love.Love will eventually fade if we're not financially stable.So I started avoiding him.Forgot him and moved on.Until now I still don't know if I have really loved him or was it pity after all.I still have this guilt inside of me reason for me not to ever see him again all my life.

I think we will always have an attraction to individuals we fell for in the past because the attraction is what made we having had a relationship with the person at the first place. So I guess when we meet our first love, we will always remember the moments and may still love him/her. But we can always choose to elaborate this feelings into a love relationship or just a friendship. I think it is part of being matured to accept that you might not be with all the people you are attracted to.

There are some love relationships that we keep in our hearts for longer than others but this doesn´t mean they never die. I am right now in this situation. A relationship that didn´t work for the most stupid reason: distance. And that still hurts a lot. But I know someday it will pass like always happens. I think with first love is just the same. For an impossible love... time.

Hi,friend.I agree with your viewpoint.I have never forget my first love,too.Although it had passed for very long time,the memory still kept.

I believe love is a mutual bond between two people, similar to a magnetic bond. It is invisible but requires two people to create such a bond. If the polarity of one of the people changes in such a way that both "magnets" reject each other instead of coming together (sticking together) then the love "bond" is broken, causing love to cease between these two people. Will an individual feel heart broken and what not? Surely. That is what happens when two forces that once existed peacefully tear apart. This can give the false impression that "love" still exists between these two people. It is not love to mourn when a lover leaves you. I complicate things sometime, and I'm more of a realist than anything the in sense of "love" as I only think enduring love is really love at all.

I consider that as true when i was still young,but now that im big already,i dont believe it coz what i felt before was only infatuation and it wasn't a true love.What i feel now is true love for my hubby.And that's the reason why i said "yes"when he proposed.I already forgotten the person whom i considered my first love before,i forgot the feelings for him also.Have a good day!

ya it is said to be true............i don't know whether it is a infatuation or what but at such a young age i love some one from class 6th........but never able or dare to tell me..........i totally love her

I believe the first love. Although my first love was ended long ago,I still couldn't forget it. I always miss him. I 've tried to push this kind of feeling away,but it doesn't work. And up to now,I don't konw how could i do to forget him yet.

I think you will always remember your first love. I mean I will always remember my first boyfriend as well as the first guy I was truly in love with but, the love isn't the same love that I feel for the man I am with now. There is a different kind of love there.

Yes, I believe that. My first love was at the age of 11 and it lasted till I was 16. It was of course a calf love type and we never even got talking or anything like that…our conditions were too different to even contemplate anything serious but I still remember that person. Sometimes in my dreams there is just a flicker of that face and many times I have wished if only we could just come face to face once (maybe I wouldn’t recognize him now)

Yes, I have heard this many times and agree to it also. But it never happened to me in my teenage.

I don't believe that. I don't know why. I just never have. I guess with some people that may be true, but for me it isn't.

You are very right in your statement.First love generally happens to everybody when they are at their teenage.At that age we are just entering our adulthood,so every event that occurs to us have a very special impact on our minds & so would be the first love.First love is really special in everybodies memory as we all learn to love from that experience. thank you & have a nice time.
