Should Sachin be put in top 10 ICC all times ranking??

Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar a name who has many achievements recorded in his career, kept 26th ICC all times ranking. No other players doestn't appear nearby Saching. Sachin called run machine.
Sachin has no.1 Man of Match holder
Sachin made moreover 16000 runs in One day matches while others didn't touch upto 13000
Sachin made moreover 12000 runs in his Test career
Most of hundreds recorded in One day and Test matches both with name of Sachin
Like that so many records are recorded with name of Sachin
So a question rising up here WHY ICC didn't put top 10 to Sachin Tendulkar.

i think ICC has gone crazy the rankings that it has put up are bizarre both for the batsmen as well as bowlers. its hard to believe likes of chanderpaul, micheal hussey(not even 50 tests old), sangakarra is above the likes of lara and tendulkar. sangakarra has scored most of his runs against weaker teams while lara and tendulkar have done it against the best in the world. these two have been in the top 5 leave alone top 10. ICC rankings are just a big joke to laugh at.
