hi all! dessert is a common part of meals in most countries. this is usually eaten after the meal itself as a way to refresh the palate and mind with sweetness and even less savoury food. and since each country has its own culture, the result is that dessert also varies in each country. in my case, although i live in the philippines, the culture here has adopted some of the traditions from western countries. this means that we also have dessert here. although my family enjoys a variety of desserts, my most favourite desserts include fruits, cheese and cheesecake. how about you guys? what do you usually like for dessert? thanks and happy mylotting!

I like Chinese sweet dessert after meal. If they don't offer Chinese desserts than I will have ice cream or cheesecake for dessert.

Dessert at home is usually fruits, which I don't take. If I've bought ice-creams, then I'll take that. When we dine outside, I would either have mango pudding, jellies, chocolate mousses, cheesecakes or other local desserts.

I love desserts. Here in Denmark some of the commen desserts are cheese and icecream. I like cheese, but I prefer to eat icecream for dessert, because I like to eat something sweet after the meal. If you order dessert at a restaurant, you can often get different kinds of icecream. A common dessert consists of icecream, whipped cream and fruit, and it is very delicious. A home I usually eat icecream without whipped cream or fruit, but it is still a nice dessert.
