Urgent!!! Who can recommend a speaker of IFRS lecture?!

We are a training institute, which is mainly engaged in the financial & economics training in China. To meet the increasingly training needs, we are now dying to find a speaker(prefer IASC member) who excel at giving a lecture of IFRS(International Financial Reporting Standards) courses. The lecture is dated in the mid of April of this year. Pls do help me if you know someone like this. Thanks very very very much.

no, there is no limitation of the nationality. But the speaker shall have time to give the lecture in the mainland of China at least once a year. I will be greatly appreciate if you can recommend some qualified person via my mail:cyrus59@163.com.
