i agree with you. guys should make the first move and the girls can only confirm and answer if she likes the person.

So, girl does not like to waste their valuable energy of lost. Because, they are 'a taker' in nature and not 'a giver'.

I am a female and the type that don't mind making the first move. I have asked a guy out. I even was going to propose to my fiance. I think when our son came along though we just started saying we were engaged. I think the times have changed and there is nothing wrong with a female making the first move or proposing. Although it is more romantic if the man does it.
