I am not a person who would get homesick easily. The longest out-of-country duration I ever had is one and a half month. I enjoyed my freedom and my life tremendously. I missed my friends, but I didn't miss my family at all. I know it sounds cruel and ungrateful to my mother, but I couldn't help it. When it was time to fly back to home, I was so sad deep in my heart.

Yes, I get homesick very easily! It always feels really good to me to get home. I remember getting really homesick as a child whenever I would leave overnight, like going to camp or something. I always thought that I would grow out of it once I got older, but I still find myself getting homesick even now that I am older!

i never get homesick. i think it's cause i'm used to moving around a lot. when i was a child i barely stayed with my parents. they'd send me to live at other relatives and friends houses and even foster homes. then when i was living on my own at 17 i never stayed in one place over a year. so i've never really had a place to call home anyway.

Yup, I often miss home, and especially my bed. Even when I'm going with my husband to visit his family (sometimes as long as a week), I really long for my bed, my bathroom,my kitchen, everything that is home!

Yes it is really true that "there's no place like home."i have been far away with my family for almost one year and half now.And i am really sad since I miss the moments that we are together and we share something everynight when we watch T.V.As much as I wanted to go home and to be with them, unfortunately I cannot do it since I have to work for them. They need the money. I need to support them. But once I was already able to save money, maybe that is the only time that i can have my vacation.
