Well everyone doesnt expect kids to grow up so fast. But kids generally these tend to want to grow up to fast. By having babies, quitting school, and just go out running all hours of the night. Now we as parents need to put a stop to this somehow, but we run into people that says we cant discipline our children. So what do we do, we still discipline our children anyway so that they become better people later on. There are some adults that still havent grown up and not making very good role models. So parents if you want your children to be better you have to raise them better. what do you think?

I'm afraid most of the blame goes to the parents. Remember the "ME" generation of several years back, it was handed down to the kids and they took it from there. In their parents eyes, they could do NOTHING wrong. So who is to blame?
I grew up during the depression in the 30s and things were very tough. I had my first formal job, where I paid into social security when I was ten years old. I worked at a bowling alley setting pins. I had several jobs all of the way through my school years and up to the time I joined the military. We all had to work in those days to help out the family and to have any spending money of our own.
When the "Baby boomers" started coming along we spoiled them rotten, we wanted them to have all of the things that we couldn't afford when we were growing up. We gave and sacrificed in order to provide for the kids and they never knew what it was to have to go out on their own and work hard for money they spent.
It's the parents' fault!
