Today,I would like to discuss another B vitamin.I take vitamins very seriously.The best way to introduce them to your body is in their natural form of course,through food.Vitamin B-2 aka Ribolavin is the vitamin necessary for red blood cell formation
cell respiration,growth,antibody production.Pretty important you might say. well,it
is!It elimanates eye fatigue and its really important in the prevention and treatment of cataracts.By the way cataracts can cause blindness.It aids in the metabolism of carbohydrates,proteins and FATS.
When used wiith vitamin A,it improves and maintains mucous membranes in the digestive tract.B-2 facilitates oxygen use by the body tissues (hair,skin and nails,
and eliminates DANDRUFF.This important vitamin helps the uptake of vitamin B-6 and
iron.Vitamin B-2 is important during pregnancy.It metabolizes tryptophan,which is converted to niacin(B-3)in the body.Niacin helps circulation.
