Earning here on Mylot, all you need to do is make some replies to posts and then you earn. BUT, if you want to really earn, its still as simple as that but with a few extra things that you need to do. First you need to make all your replies interesting, topical and a good length. You must also remember to Tag them after as well as this helps to increase your earnings. Secondly, you need to get yourself into a routine, and make regular posts, set yourself a target of say 20 or 30 a day, and then you will soon see an increase in your earnings. Thirdly, if you start a discussion, like this one, make sure that you reply to all the people who have answered your question, as this adds to your earning and also don't forget to rate them as well (the + and - at the side of each reply) Fourth, Get some referrals, as you earn of their work as well, so anywhere you can put a link, twitter, blogs, social networks etc even friends and family, as if you get a good base of referrals then your income will soon rise rapidly.
