I am from Cebu,Philippines and we are now having our yearly festival which is the sinulog

Yes, Sinulog if the best, especially now that it's one of Cebu's tourists attraction. Cebu Tourism boost because of this event.

Happy Fiesta! in Metro Manila, each city celebrates it's feast day, like Manila Day, Quezon City day, etc. It's usually a holiday for the city, except Makati .. probably because it's the business district

Here in the East Coast, we celebrate the Fall Festival..
well, rides, pumpkins, scarecrows, food, crops, etc can all be seen anywhere..
