Does anybody else own a Llwellyn Setter?

My parents have just adopted a cute Llwellyn setter. However, he chews on EVERYTHING they have 2 other indoor dogs as well and none of them ever chewed on anything. This puppy chews on everything from garbage to people! I was wondering if this is something they eventually grow out of? Or do you have to watch them as adults as well. Thank You

AAWw Little Harley is so cute!! Most all puppies have that chewing stage they go through, try to keep him entertained with things to chew that are of no value to you, like old shoes, old blankets or something, they do it out of boredom and well they are puppies (G)!!! Good luck!!! Hope he doesn't chew your house down!

thank you for the comment dreamweaverjen. I don't think Harley is chewing out of bordom though he'll chew on stuff as he's running and playing. He just chews! We have lots of other dogs whome we've raised since they were puppies and they may of chewed on something here or there, but nothing like Harley! I guess we are just going to have to wait and hope its just a stage he's going through and hopefully will grow out of it!
