GSIS E-Card

Good day everyone! I just would like to ask if I can use the GSIS E-card of my mom to confirm my paypal account. I have a credit card but I don't prefer to use it. Has anybody of you tried using GSIS E-Card? I hope you can help me with this. Thanks for your responses. Have a nice day.

I have my GSIS too... but I'm confused of VCC and EON?? what is that??? pls. response thank you!

EON is a Visa debit card which you can get from Union Bank. Many mylotters use this to erify their account and withdraw their paypal money. A VCC is a vritual credit car is something like a disposable credit card its one time use and its not re-loadable. You can use it to verify your paypal account or to purchase online without using your own credit card.
