Why are the girls on Grey's Anatomy fighting?

Last year the main Grey girl and Sandra Oh's character fought for some reason and now this season the haven't talk. Except for last nights episode where she said one line to her.
I can't remember why they fought that caused them not to talk? Could someone tell me?

I'm having a hard time remembering myself! But I think it is because of the interns doing procedures on themselves and Meredith and Christina got in trouble, and it came out that Christina had actually known for a while and not said anything (Meredith basically threw her under the bus, if I remember correctly). Christina got mad, and then Meredith was upset with Christina when Christina didn't choose Mer to do the first solo surgery.
I think.

Yeah, I think I remember that. Gee, they really should replay those shows for people like me who don't remember beyond last week :o)

I'm glad i'm not the only one. A long time ago they use to replay episode to catch people up but I think they just show reality shows instead. Even in the fall they do not often show catch-up episodes. After a whole Summer I am really lost :o)

This is the first season they didn't come back after holiday hiatus with a recap show. I don't know why because I had to really think to remember why Christina and Meredith were fighting too.
As for them fighting, Christina had every right to be mad because Meredith knew about what the interns were doing too because of Sadie but let Christina, her "best friend," take the heat. Meredith, however, didn't have any right to get mad because Alex (even though he bugs me) did deserve the solo because he knew what he was talking about..... Meredith getting mad over the solo surgery is partly why Izzy's my favorite character (Sadie's coming in a close second!).

Yep! I think it was last week when they started back up. This week was their second episode. It is still on the same time on Thursdays. (9pm is you are on Pacific time)
