No, all of my school friends are now out of my life. It was me who didn't realize the meaning of true friendship and that's why they are out of my life. Now, I am repenting on my discussions. Now, i don't know where they are and what are they dong.

I know how that is. I haven't talked to any of my school friends either. I try to believe that everything happens for a reason. Hopefully, they will come back into your life one day, if that is what you want. I wish you all the best!

I have a couple of friends from school that i still talk too. one of them is my best-friend actually. he moved to a different state in 2006 but i still talk to him on the phone...and i just recently found one of my old friends from middle school on myspace.. and yeah, i wish i still had some of my old friends from school.
I think i could have some good fun with some of my older friends.
you just don't find friends like the ones you had in middle school.
they are hard to keep around sometimes...

That is great you still talk to a couple of your friends! Myspace is definately a great place to find old friends. I found one of mine on there, but haven't contacted her. Though, it was nice to see she was doing well.

I keep in touch with a lot of my friends from high school, but our lives took different paths, so it's hard to stay close. I got married and started a family right away; most of my friends did not. My husband is in the military, so we moved away; most of my friends still live in the same town.
We try to see each other whenever I'm in town though, and I was the matron of honor in my friend's wedding (amazing, considering this is the same friend who's ex-boyfriend I married!).
We may not be as close as we once were, but we still talk frequently and we'd do just about anything for each other, so I guess that says something!

Yes, my classmate since in preschool who eventually become my bestfriend. Eventhough she moved to other city, still we keep in touch. It always good to know that that you have someone whom you can share your deepest secrets and problems with. Also, I see to it that I communicate with my friends. If I have the chance to visit their place, I really spend time with them. Spending time with friends is really great! Friends are part of my life.

Yup! I just had dinner with my secondary school friends yesterday. We will have dinner meeting each year. Moreover, we play basketball sometime. We will talk about the life in secondary school. It is wonderful memory for me. I think we all enjoy the meeting. HaPpY MyLoTtInG!

i never had best friends in school ... or rather at that time i dint know what a best friend was cos all of us were each others very good and close friends.... our school was a co-ed..... and finally we also learnt to get along with all the boys.....
we were inseperable then..... im still in touch with all the boys till date but cant really say that about the girls.... they are there in my online sites like facebook and orkut but we never ever say hi to each other or greet each other.....
the guys i chat with almost every other day...... there are a few gals.... maybe 4 of them who are in touch till now.... but we have our own lives... most of them have moved out of india so it gets difficult to keep total track of whats happening with them...... but nonetheless i still remember them and miss our good old days!!

well i am still friends with friends from school but we only are in contact with each other through the net because most have moved to different places due to different studies. We do keep meeting each other a lot but the fun part and the bond we had during our school times seem to be missing altogether.

well there are some things that you always want but are not able to do throughout your life. Spending the time in the same way like you did in school and with all your friends again would be one of these. i wish i could get them all back together and have all the fun we had again and again.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could still have the same connections, like in school. That is good you still have contact with them, even if only mostly by email. I hope you enjoy your continued friendship!

yes I am still friends with my friends from grade school to college. Some of them are married and working to other countries just like me. Thanks to the advent of technology that we try to keep our bonds by updating on each other's life once in a while. I do miss hanging out with them and we all know that even we are all over the globe, our friendships have no boundaries.

Technology is amazing! It makes this big world so much smaller. You have to wonder what we did before. I agree, friendship has no boundries!

Yes, I'm still close with friends from elementary, high school and college. :) They are a very big part of my life. I'd have to say that we're even closer now compared to the time when we were still in school.
Ofcourse, there are those other friends with whom you lost contact with. I try my best to stay in touch with them, if it's possible.

i dont think ive spoken with anybody i knew from highschool since graduation. lol! but then again im not the "get together for old times sake" type of person. have never gone to any reunions either.
for that matter i probably wouldnt even recognize anybody i knew in school if i was standing in front of them anymore. much less remember their names. those things just dont stick in my brain as important any longer, so they get pushed aside in the memory banks for more immediate things lol!

I hope you don't end up standing next to them in the grocery store line lol :o). As long as you have other important things that make you happy, that is what counts.

I don't keep in touch with my friends from school anymore, but I sometimes wonder how they are or what they are doing now. I have moved a lot and I have done many different things in my life, and I have't been very good at keeping in touch with old friends. I had a very good friend when I was in school, and when we left the school we promised eachother to stay in touch. In the beginning we managed to meet, but after a while we lost touch, and I don't know where she is today or what she is doing.

That is the same with me and I often wonder too. It is weird how in school it seems like it could never end and nothing could seperate you, then life takes over and you wonder what happened. I hope you meet up again someday and pick up like there was never a space inbetween!

Sadly, I have lost contact with most of my friends from high school. We had a very large group of friends. I still say hello to them occasionally, but that's usually through facebook. However, I am still good friends with a few people from high school. In fact, my current best friend and I have been friends since we were seniors in high school and I am going to be her Maid-of-Honor at her wedding in March. We have been friends over seven years and counting. I believe that, even though we may want to stay friends with everyone, a select few will stay close and the rest become fond aquaintances.
